Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Winston-Salem Hanes Mall

Great check in experience - assistance prior to arrival by Remy very appreciated and he was there to greet us and ensure everything was right (including a treat of chocolate). Parents weekend had few extra amenities set up. Surprisingly rooms and lobby renovated but they could have been done more modern including no carpet on floors. Not sure why tv kept showing someone elses name on it - Sean then Andrew! Really valued the suite size room and cold air conditioning. TVs were new 60 inch Samsungs and presented well in master bedroom

The outside of the building looks like the older model of Fairfield but the inside is very nice. The bathroom has a modern shower, very spacious. The bedroom was a separate room, very spacious . The bed felt amazing. The customer service was full of smiles and hospitaliity. Every worker we engaged with was very helpful. Front desk workers were helpful. The housekeepers spoke every time they saw us. They provide breakfast. Due to allergies, I was limited to what I could eat the first morning. I asked the kitchen attendant, she said they would have more the next morning. Yes, it was . Instead of all eggs, they had turkey and pork sausage (it was labeled). Instead of oatmeal they served seasoned potatoes... sooo good and hot. Clean waffle station, bread station with toast, refrigerator with beverages and yogurt, and a bowl of fresh fruit. A hot beverage station is available 24/7. It's a great location. Hanes mall is across the street, and to back side countless shopping areas and restaurants are all around.

Spotless hotel/ rooms, great smelling space and a super friendly staff. Location and price was perfect! We always book here. The hotel exhibits 5 hospitality and sincere care, without the price tag.

I had an excellent experience thanks to Reme at the Fairfield Marriott. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuinely friendly attitude made my stay so much better. I forgot to give my member number when I checked in but he ensured me at checkout the points would come in some business days. It’s rare to encounter someone who truly enjoys helping guests, and Reme is one of those people. Thank you for the outstanding service!

This Fairfield was excellent. I was there to have a procedure performed at Wake Gorest Baptist hospital. The staff was courteous and great. In particular, Reme went above and beyond to help me during the stay. He was just great.

The location of this hotel is extremely convenient to dining and shopping. And Reme, the manager on duty when we checked in and out was exceptional! He was so accommodating, friendly and professional. He made our day when he offered his help with a potential lost item. He went above and beyond our expectations of service and helpfulness.

We were pleased with our visit and Ms Tanya R was professional, pleasant and polite. We also enjoyed the breakfast and it was clean and food was great as well. The only problem I had was I requested the room be cleaned daily on our stay and it wasn’t done one of our days. However, I requested clean towels and received them upon request.

My experience at the Fairfield Inn was excellent. My immediate family traveled from out of town due to a medical emergency involving our mother, and during this difficult time, the staff was incredibly supportive. Reme was absolutely outstanding—professional, sincere, and consistently willing to go above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Because of this exceptional service, I would gladly stay at a Fairfield Inn again and will confidently recommend it to others. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall experience was truly commendable.
